My First Step

I want to share with you the steps I followed and the tools I used that helped me accomplish my transformation. As I mentioned on my previous blog, when my husband passed away I encountered myself with a dilemma: continue my grief following the unhealthy path I was in, letting myself go, OR become healthy to be able to help and enjoy my children. Even though it was extremely hard losing my husband of 31 years I had to think that my children had lost their dad and they needed someone to be there for them. God showed me I needed to be well for my children. So I took my First Step, I made the DECISION to do whatever it took to become healthy.
God was directing my path and used my friend Elizabeth (Iron Heart Fitness) to introduce me to my First Tool: Advocare 24-Day JumpStart. In the past Elizabeth and I had tried together many diets and ways of losing weight with some success but then gaining more weight back. This time it was different.
